We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns - We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at ebuyerschoice@yahoo.com with your order number.

Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items - Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at ebuyerschoice@yahoo.com to request a cancellation.

Return Shipping - We offer free returns on all orders. If you would like to return an item, contact us at ebuyerschoice@yahoo.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
